New building Koch street

The Koch street extends from the center - south according to Connewitz . It represents the peaceful counterpart to south mile Karl-Liebknecht street and is considered as one of the preferred residential areas of Leipzig.

Close by the Au forest and immediate vicinity of the campus of HTWK  Mann & Schott architects Leipzig have planned a new building. The building has a commercial unit on the ground floor as well as, two- to four- room apartments and a penthouse.
